How to File a Takedown Notice
To ensure your notice is valid under the DMCA, it must include the following information:

Include a physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full name at the bottom of your email).
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice does not guarantee that the material will be removed, and any false or misleading statements in your notice may subject you to legal liability.

What Happens Next?
- Once we receive your valid notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user who uploaded the material about the removal and your complaint.
- The user may have the option to file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake. If a counter-notice is filed, you will be notified and may need to take further legal action to keep the material removed.
